All classes are taught in the Iyengar tradition by Russ Taylor and Elzbieta Jablonska.  Russ and Elzbieta are both certified Iyengar yoga teachers with over 10 years teaching experience.

They have made a total of 11 trips to India to study with the Iyengars. Russ was formally trained in the physical therapy profession in the US, and Elzbieta has ten years experience in structural body work.
